We measure every stage of the operation in real time. This process is permanently watched by a Quality Coordinator who supervises the whole operation.
We fill in a requirement matrix which establishes the customer´s special requirements. We send our customers a directory with the contact information of our staff members who participate in their operation; therefore we make sure to always keep the communication channels open to receive complaints and requirements.
In addition, we have periodic meetings with the clients. During the meetings there is a quality representative from our company who can become aware of opportunities and areas of improvement, coordinate pending requirements and watch the total fulfillment of the service offered.
